Registration Fees include technical sessions, reception, conference dinner (Atlantis Restaurant), shuttle bus between Tallinn and Tartu, book of proceedings, lunches, morning and afternoon coffees.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Delegates requesting cancellation before 21 April 2006 will be refunded the registration fee in full, less an administrative charge of $30 per person. Delegates requesting cancellation between 21 April and 30 April will receive a refund of 75% of their registration fee, less an administrative charge of $30. Refunds will not be possible if a cancellation request is received after 30 April 2006. This cancellation policy is necessary because we need to order and pay for catering, printed proceedings, and other items well in advance of the conference. The conference must pay for these expenses, whether or not you attend. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the conference. Should delegates not be able to attend or arrange for a substitution, the conference materials will be provided to the delegate after the conference.
