Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Delegates requesting cancellation before 9 April 2012 will be refunded the registration fee in full, less an administrative charge of $30 per person. Delegates requesting cancellation between 9 April and 30 April will receive a refund of 75% of their registration fee, less an administrative charge of $30. Refunds will not be possible if a cancellation request is received after 30 April 2012. This cancellation policy is necessary because we need to order and pay for catering, printed proceedings, and other items well in advance of the conference. The conference must pay for these expenses, whether or not you attend. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the conference. Should delegates not be able to attend or arrange for a substitution, arrangements can be made for the conference materials to be provided to the delegate after the conference.
