Registration

Conference registrations include attendance to all WoWMoM associated workshops, CD proceedings, lunches etc. There is NO workshop-only registration. The preferred payment method for WoWMoM 2018 is on-line credit card payment.

The online registration processing is done via edas here .

BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE PAY LINE at the bottom of the page (with credit card logos) after you have selected the event type to register. Without payment, the registration is not complete and will not be counted.

FEES and DISCOUNTS

Registration is required for all participants of IEEE WoWMoM 2018.

• Conference Authors: Deadline for registration is Monday, 23rd April 2018.
• Workshop, PhD forum and Demo Authors: Deadline for registration is Monday, 23 April 2018 - Monday, 30th April 2018
• Early Registration: Deadline is Monday, 7 May 2018

Registration Includes: Welcome Reception, Plenaries & Keynotes, Technical Sessions (12 – 15 June), Coffee Breaks, (1) Ticket to the Conference Banquet, Access to the Panel Sessions, Workshops, PhD Forums and Demos, and (1) Proceedings and a gift.

Banquet policies: All NON STUDENT registrations include 1 ticket to the banquet. If you wish to purchase an additional ticket through EDAS. The price is USD $120 per ticket.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION

Author registration opens on March 22nd, 2018. The deadline is April 23rd, 2018 for conference authors and May 7, 2018 for early registration of non-conference authors. Each accepted paper has to have one author registered as a full (non-student) technical session attendee. For authors who have several accepted papers, one of the papers has to have a full (non-student) registration, while all other papers of the author may have a student (co-author) registration. Note that funds must be received by April 23rd, 2018, i.e., faxes and mails should be sent appropriately.

Extra pages: extra pages are charged at USD $100 per page, with a maximum number of extra pages of two. This fee must be received by the author registration deadline. Total income from these over-length charges will be employed to support travel grants for students

REQUEST FOR VISA INVITATION LETTERS

If needed, authors of accepted papers can ask VISA invitation letters by emailing the General Chair, Polychronis Koutsakis (p.koutsakis@murdoch.edu.au). Please tell your name (and mr/ms/…), affiliation, address, and paper title, and we can send you the invitation letter for VISA application.

REFUND POLICY

There is a USD $50 service charge for processing refunds. Requests for registration refunds must be received before June 1, 2018. NO refunds will be issued after June 1, 2018. There is no refund for registration fees on author registrations. Author registrations may be transfered to a co-author in case the original registree cannot show.
