Accommodation Form

Accommodation must be booked through our accommodation agency (check details of accommodation choices). To book accommodation, fill out this form and press the submit button. Confirmation of your accommodation request and subsequent reservation will be emailed to you.

Conditions

  1. Your credit card details must be supplied to hold your accommodation reservation until 6:00pm on your arrival date.
  2. If you intend to arrive after 6:00pm, please ensure that your expected time of arrival at the hotel is provided on this form. If you are unsure of your travel schedule, please advise the hotel when finalised.
  3. Full payment of your accommodation may be paid by credit card, cheque or cash at check-out time.
  4. Your accommodation reservation may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your expected time of arrival without a cancellation fee. If your accommodation is cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
